Franklin Historical Society Presents:

FALL FEST at Legend Park
Saturday, September 27

Celebrate the season and take a step back in time at Fall Fest! This family-friendly event is filled with activities, demonstrations, and traditions that capture the spirit of country living.

Celebrate the beauty of the season at the Franklin Historical Society’s annual Fall Fest, held in the heart of Legend Park. This year’s festival takes place on Saturday, September 27, from noon to 4:00 p.m., and promises an afternoon of autumn fun, history, and community togetherness.

Designed for guests of all ages, Fall Fest combines the charm of farm-inspired activities with the unique backdrop of Franklin’s historic buildings. Visitors can explore the grounds, enjoy demonstrations, and take part in hands-on activities that reflect the traditions of harvest time. From children experiencing farm life in playful ways to adults appreciating the nostalgic atmosphere, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

A highlight of the afternoon will be the appearance of the Apple Princess, who will be stationed in front of the historic Town Hall from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Children are invited to meet her, pose for photos, and receive a special apple treat — a sweet reminder of autumn’s bounty.

Fall Fest is more than just a seasonal event — it’s a celebration of Franklin’s heritage and community spirit. Families, friends, and neighbors can come together to enjoy the crisp fall air, learn about local history, and create lasting memories in a welcoming setting.

Admission is free, making this a wonderful opportunity to experience the Franklin Historical Society’s village of historic buildings and take part in a tradition that brings history and community to life each autumn.

Mark your calendars and join us for an afternoon filled with fun, flavor, and Franklin history!
